use:

Rolactam tromethamine is a pyrrolidine carboxylic acid derivative, which is a racemate composed of left-handed (-) and right-handed (+) isomers. Its right-handed S (+) isomer has analgesic effect.

Biological activity:

Ketorolac tromethamine is a synthetic pyridine ring carboxylic acid derivative with anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic activities. It is a non-selective COX inhibitor with an IC50 value of 20 nM for both COX-1 and COX-2.
